The total amount of the reservation is required at the time of booking.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30
In the event of cancellation, this must be notified 30 days before the date of the stay.
- The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- Less than 30 days a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged
- Less than 7 days a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. No refunds are available.
A security deposit equal to 30% of the value of the reservation will be requested during the check-in process as safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay, the sum is returned in full at check-out.
For all reservations, an attendant will meet you at the villa upon the day of your arrival / departure.
A contact person will be provided for any problems you may encounter during your stay.
If you wish to have transfers arranged, please ask prior to arrival.
The airport has a good taxi service.
If you do have children, kindly inform us in advance in order to make the house ready for them.
Pets are allowed only with prior consent and approval.
